COSTS
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain.
Costs will depend on where you are located in the world and they will be calculated automatically during checkout.
DELIVERY TIME
We normally wait till have a bunch of orders so shipping them all together. This is caused cause we do not have a post office near to us.
TAXES & DUTIES
Whithin the European Union, all taxes and duties are included, meaning nothing will be charged.
Outside of the European Union, you may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches the Customs in your Country. We have no way to predict or control these charges, meaning you will be responsible for any additional costs with taxes, duties and customs charges.
RETURNS
POLICY
We are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website orders within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept items returned with all tags attached and in their original (as good as new) condition. We are not responsible for orders lost without tracking information so please ensure you have a valid tracking number for any return you ship to us.
All exchanges will be charged at full postal rate, which means you will have to pay for the shipping of the new product you will receive.
PROCEDURE

We cannot be hold responsible for the loss or damage of the items being returned. So please make sure that every item is securely packaged and that it is sent by registered post or recorded delivery.
Your rights to return the goods are protected under E.U. Distance Selling Directive. Once we have received the goods and they meet the conditions stated above, we will refund you to the same payment method you originally used (excluding any shipping costs) within 30 days.
